At A.G.R.E.E. (Advocate Gender Racial Economic Equality/Equity), we value your support and strive to ensure transparency in all transactions.

Donations

• Non‑Refundable: Contributions made to A.G.R.E.E. are considered charitable donations and are generally non‑refundable.

• Errors: If you believe a donation was made in error or processed incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the request and, if appropriate, issue a refund.

Event Registrations & Programs

• Cancellations: Refunds for event registrations or program fees may be available if requested at least 14 days before the scheduled event.

• Transfers: In many cases, registrations can be transferred to another participant or applied to a future event.

Merchandise (if applicable)

• Returns: Items purchased through A.G.R.E.E. may be returned within 30 days of receipt if unused and in original condition.

• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

• Exclusions: Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
